Since 1999, Red-on-line  has been providing Global  Environmental Health and Safety Compliance Solutions to more than 16,500 industrial sites across 84. Red-on-line expertise covers EHS Content, Consulting and Software; thereby offering a comprehensive platform to support its clients to mitigate EHS Risks in the form of tailored Legal Registers and Monitoring services.  We also provide intuitive software modules including  Incident/Accident Reporting, Audits and Inspections, Action planning, Risk Assessments, Environmental Aspects & Impacts and Sustainability reporting.


Red-on-line has 10 offices around the world, with an office in Berlin and in Vienna, to be closer to our clients and EHS Expertise based in every country that we operate in in order to support our clients in understanding  local regulations.  (

As part of our continued growth strategy Red-On-Line are looking for a highly successful Sales Manager with experience in selling EHS software/solutions. This is a home-based, national new business focussed role,  (travel will be required in the future, whilst the location of the candidate is flexible) selling our unique solution to global organisations. Self-motivated and with a track record of success, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with great consultative  new business sales skills to grow and develop within a 440m Euro turnover Group.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of exceeding new business sales targets and come from a background in Health and safety consulting, compliance software, SaaS Software, Certification, GRC or Environmental consultancy and be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Experience in selling to Industrial & Manufacturing Clients
  • Evidence of Track Record of new business sales – exceeding targets consistently
  • Track Record of Ability to manage complex sales process/multiple sites
  • Stability in background – minimum of 3 years in roles
  • Preferred- experience selling lesser known ‘brand’
  • Demonstrable track record of selling up to ‘C’ level


  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Able to evidence success/pipeline management/sales secured
  • Strong track record of stability within roles in growth environments/PE backed businesses
  • Good educational background  
  • New business hunter
  • Experience of selling to multi-site businesses
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent phone manner/strong appointment making skills
  • Dynamic & driven / Can do attitude
  • Ability to self-generate leads & appointments
