Product Marketing Manager (m/f/x)

Red-on-line provides global legal monitoring & compliance solutions in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS). Our solutions include Content, Consulting and Software helping large organizations to manage their EHS risks. 

Within the Marketing Department of Red-on-line, we are creating a position of Product Marketing Manager to support our strong growth.

As Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing customer and market knowledge, as well as structuring the customer discourse.

You are a marketing referent for all our offers. Your understanding of business issues and your strong customer orientation enable you to propose attractive customer approaches.

Reporting to the CMO, you will take up the following challenges:

Develop a detailed knowledge of customer needs and requirements

  • Have a deep understanding of the needs of the different market segments,
  • Identify personas and key associated use-cases
  • Consolidate feedback from customer-facing teams
  • Maintain a continuous competitive intelligence to remain competitive, identify new trends

Contribute to the development of offers

  • Participate in the definition of the business model, be a force of proposal on the pricing model
  • Work on the sales pitch and produce sales kits allowing customers to the added value and competitiveness of Red-on-line offers
  • Take into account the performance indicators in order to optimize the conversion tunnels, upsell or cross-sell tunnels
  • Support marketing teams in the design and operation of tools necessary for promotion, launch of offers and their animation - white papers, website, videos, etc.
  • Work closely with Product Management teams to translate customer needs into features and define and define the areas of value improvement for the identified targets

Ensure the relationship with the ecosystem, represent the Red-on-line offers

  • Participate in webinars and social networks
  • Participate in major HSE and CSR market events
  • Contribute to the establishment of partnerships and co-marketing

  • Master 2 Marketing
  • 5 years experience in Product Marketing Management BtB, including at least 2 years in an international scope, ideally in the UK, US and DACH markets
  • Autonomy, strength of proposals and ability to lead several projects at the same time are key to this position
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • English C1, to collaborate with international teams
  • Ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams
